| Project impact | The internship program aims to prepare students for their professional careers by offering opportunities to develop practical skills in real-world settings while experiencing corporate culture firsthand.
Students also have the chance to attend personal development courses at MCS Academy and participate in mentorship meetings, expanding their professional network. Since the launch of the program in 2022, 230 students from domestic and overseas universities have participated in the program and received job offers from MCS Group, kickstarting their professional careers. |
