The TOP-100 awards, jointly organized by the Government of Mongolia and the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, has recognized the leading enterprises of Mongolia for the 23rd year. MCS Group has proudly claimed the top spot among group companies, reaffirming its exceptional contributions to Mongolia’s socio-economic development.

11 subsidiaries of MCS Group, including Energy Resources, Unitel, MCS Coca-Cola, Uniservice Solutions, Univision, Total Distribution, Building Maintenance Services, MCS Property, MCS International, International Medical Center, and Shangri-La Ulaanbaatar Hotel have been recognized as the TOP-100 enterprises of 2023. The recognition is based on key indicators such as taxes paid, sales revenue, employee count, profits, assets, and other indicators.

Over the past five years, MCS Group subsidiaries and affiliates have contributed a remarkable 3.1 trillion MNT in taxes, including 966 billion MNT in 2023 alone. Beyond financial contributions, the Group has created significant employment opportunities, directly and indirectly supporting over 30,000 jobs, including 13,000 full-time positions. .

MCS Group continues to drive sustainable development by supporting national enterprises, sharing management expertise with our suppliers, fostering long-term growth. In 2023 alone, the Group procured goods and services worth totaling 3.5 trillion MNT, of which 2.2 trillion MNT was sourced from 6,853 domestic enterprises and 1,768 individuals, demonstrating its commitment to empowering local entrepreneurs.

To further strengthen partnerships, MCS Group introduced the Supplier Portal procurement system in 2023, streamlining collaboration with domestic suppliers, ensuring a more efficient and inclusive process for all.

As part of our 30th anniversary celebrations, MCS Group launched the “MCS Benefits” platform, a one-stop shop for discounted products and services for our employees. To further enable our employees to access discounted products on this platform, MCS Group has distributed 11 billion MNT in additional bonuses on top of their salaries.

Committed to sustainability, MCS Group integrates social and environmental responsibility into its operations. In 2023, the Group invested 47 billion MNT in social responsibility initiatives, focusing on projects that positively impact society and support environmental sustainabilityacross Mongolia.

On average, MCS Group contributes 2.6 billion MNT daily in taxes and contributions, amounting to over 80 billion MNT monthly. The Group also pays 43 billion MNT each month in salaries and bonuses to its 13,000 employees and spends an average of 185 billion MNT per month purchasing goods and services from over 8,600 domestic entrepreneurs, indirectly supporting permanent jobs for 20,000 people.
